How do I get my art to you?
You can either upload a digital photo for us to print and frame, or we can send you a prepaid mailer or tube to securely ship your physical art to our studio.
What is your standard turnaround time?
Most custom frames are handcrafted and delivered to your door within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location and the complexity of the order.
What kind of materials do you use for framing?
We use premium wood moldings, acid-free mats, and UV-protective acrylic to ensure your art is preserved and beautifully displayed for years to come.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. If you are not 100% happy with your custom frame, contact our support team and we will make it right.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States, including the shipping kits used to send us your physical art.
Can I frame oversized or 3D items?
